Alarm Response

Prime Protection Services (NSW) recommends 24/7 back-to-base monitoring for all electronic security systems. Should a monitored alarm be activated, signals will be sent to our monitoring centre where staff will take action in accordance with the client’s predetermined response plan.

Security response vehicle will be dispatched to the nominated site and a full inspection of the premises conducted. Our security personnel will address the incident, contact the relevant emergency service if required and wait onsite for further instructions if the incident is not resolved.

    Where is your office located?

    Our office is on Church Street in Parramatta NSW Australia, however that doesn’t stop us from servicing all of Australia as we have staff all over!
